| Description | | Welcome to Part II of DoD worldwide housing: The US Air Force. If you're working in an Air Force organization you can better serve your military customers if you understand the world in which they live.
This course starts with the Air Force chain-of-command from the President of the United States to the Chief of Staff of the Air Force and down the Command chain to the Air Force Housing Office. Then it covers life in the Air Force and the many deployments and Permanent Change of Station (PCS) moves which all service members come to expect. Next is a review of the challenges, stress and traditions which impact Airmen throughout their careers as they support or are a direct part of the Air Force warfare mission. And finally it focuses on the many different warfare and support specialties and how you tell them apart by the insignia they wear and how you address them in the housing office.
