The course is self-paced and consists of a slide presentation that has been converted to an HTML5 file. The device being used to access the course content should have the latest version of an internet browser installed. The association recommends a display resolution of 1024 X 768. A PDF viewer application is required to download and print the course completion certificate.

This course has audio, so the use of speakers or a headset is recommended. Please view the course lessons and complete the end of course examination. You are provided 3 attempts to pass the examination with a score of 70% or better. If you don’t pass the examination within 3 attempts, you have failed the course.
